Limited Number of Client Relationships - We best serve our clients by engaging in a limited number of relationships and by not accepting more work than we can efficiently and expeditiously complete. Fewer Client Conflicts - We are free to approach virtually any potential candidate, unrestricted by client conflicts. Thus, we put our clients in the position of making the best strategic hiring decision by assuring that all alternatives are explored. Flexible, Results-Oriented Pricing - We are not bound by established fee-setting practices. We can and do make innovative fee arrangements with clients, including, occasionally, accepting equity in client companies in lieu of cash fees. We normally charge clients a fixed fee for services. Our billings are well-documented and always linked to deliverables.
